As a result of the added complexities related to the insolvencies of four of the Company’s German subsidiaries reported in 2011 – cf. company releases no. 26, 30 June 2011, no. 27, 21 July 2011, and no. 28, 18 August 2011 – and as a result of the ongoing sales process – cf. company releases no. 40, 22 December 2011, no. 1, 25 January 2012, and no. 2, 7 March 2012 – it is not possible for the Company to publish its annual report for the accounting year 2011 in due time, and the Company has to postpone the release until 26 April 2012. As a consequence, the Annual General Meeting will be postponed to Monday 21 May 2012.
