BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwire - Mar 26, 2012) - APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will be adding 50 jobs in its Fargo, North Dakota location effective immediately. The expansion is for support of a key business segment for a leading technology client. These positions are primarily for B2B sales and technical specialists. The operation supports technology applications in multiple end-user customer segments, including healthcare, education, government, consulting, among others.
The immediate openings are for all facets of B2B relationship development and consultative roles that drive technology adoption, sales, and implementations. The open positions include both senior-level and entry-level positions. The senior-level positions include: Channel Partner Recruiting, Marketing and Sales Support, Software Engagement Management, Technical Sales Support, Technology Adoption and Licensing Advisors, Business Intelligence, Territory Account Management, and Online Solution Sales. There are also entry level roles for: Outbound Lead Generation and Web-Chat Lead Development Associates. All of the positions are full time and primarily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Comprehensive health (including dental and vision), a 401K program, and other benefits are offered. In addition to a competitive salary, individuals in these positions may also earn incentive pay based on individual and team goals.
