Lincoln Educational Services Corporation Names Scott M. Shaw Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer


WEST ORANGE, N.J., April 3, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lincoln Educational Services Corporation (Nasdaq:LINC) ("Lincoln") today announced that Scott M. Shaw has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Shaw will assume the role which was last held by Shaun E. McAlmont, Lincoln's President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Shaw joined Lincoln in 2001 and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, a position he has held for the last five years. He has 11 years of industry experience and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
