DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Apr 5, 2012) - Dean Evans & Associates, Inc. (www.dea.com), a leader in the development of sophisticated room scheduling and event management software, announced the release of their first annual Sixty Second Survey. The Sixty Second Survey, launched on the heels of the company's annual Facilities and Services Benchmarking survey, was sent to prospective clients.
"The purpose of this survey is to help our prospective clients gauge exactly what their scheduling and facilities management needs are. When businesses are considering purchasing room and resource scheduling software the process can be a bit overwhelming," said Kevin Raasch, COO of Dean Evans & Associates. "The data derived from this survey will help prospective clients to understand how organizations in their market are handling their room and resource scheduling, which can be very informative."
The Sixty Second Survey consists of a few short questions and can be completed in about a minute. Participants will receive comparison data that will assist them in measuring their facility scheduling needs. They'll also be provided with the Executive Summary from the comprehensive Facilities and Services Benchmark Survey. Additionally, any prospect that participates in the survey will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of five (5) fifty dollar Visa gift cards.
"We're very excited to offer this survey to prospective clients. Our goal is to help them assess their current processes as they consider purchasing software for scheduling meetings and resources. Ultimately, we want to help their businesses to run more efficiently," added Raasch.
The Sixty Second Survey was sent to prospective clients on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. For more information on the company's Sixty Second Survey or the annual Facilities and Services Benchmark Survey, please contact benchmark@dea.com.
