LVMH : 2011 DIVIDEND

 Paris, April 12, 2012

At the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton held on April 5, 2012, approval was given for the payment of a dividend for financial year 2011 of 2.60 Euros per share.

Taking into account the 0.80 Euros paid on December 2, 2011, the balance of 1.80 Euros will be paid on April 25, 2012. The last trading day with dividend rights is April 19, 2012.
