Today on April 13, 2012 a publication on mandatory and final takeover bid by ''Florabalt SIA” was published in Latvijas Vēstnesis, thus today starts AS “Olaines kūdra” mandatory and final takeover bid made by ''Florabalt SIA''. The price of one share in prospectus is set at LVL 1.99. Shareholders may accept mandatory bid in 30 days after the publication in “Latvijas Vēstnesis”.
