Top Up offer and Issue of Top Up Offer Document
Octopus Second Aim VCT plc, ("the Company") has launched a further Top Up offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 0.01p each to raise up to £1,600,000 ("the Offer"). Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document ("the Offer Document") issued by the Company, dated 25 April 2012.
The Offer opens on 25 April 2012 and will close on 31 July 2012 in respect of the 2012/13 Offer unless extended or fully subscribed by an earlier date.
The Offer Document will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
