The joint stock company “Grindeks” informs that it has received the statement of Lipmans Zeligmans on his resignation from the positions of the Board Member and Director of the Final Dosage Forms Manufacturing of “Grindeks” on his own volition with effect from 01 May this year.
JSC “Grindeks” Chairman of the Board Juris Bundulis: “Lipmans Zeligmans has worked for the company for more than 35 years – during his career he has participated in decision taking important for the company`s development and has selflessly led the manufacturing of the final dosage forms. Under his leadership, in 2009 “Grindeks” set up a new manufacturing unit for the final dosage forms, which is the largest investment project of “Grindeks”. His professionalism, experience and knowledge allow me to rank Lipmans Zeligmans among those unique people of Latvia who are familiar with the specifics of the pharmaceutical manufacturing and business in general. I express my gratitude to Lipmans Zeligmans for his contribution to the growth of “Grindeks” and I hope he will continue to morally support the company and help with his advice!”
Until further decisions are made, the Board of “Grindeks” continues its work and consists of the Chairman of the Board Juris Bundulis and the Member of the Board, Chief Finance and Administrative Officer Vadims Rabša.
