The Board of Directors of Solvang ASA has today appointed Edvin Endresen as Managing Director of the company. He has since the 1st of October 2011 been employed as the company's Deputy Managing Director. Previous Managing Director Michael Steensland Brun is proposed as new chairman of the Board at today's annual general meeting.
