NTT Communications refrains from exercising pre emptive subscription rights
in connection with capital increase from authorized capital

Bielefeld, May 10, 2012 - NTT Communications Corporation, Tokyo, which
currently holds 10.0% of the share capital of itelligence AG, today informed
itelligence AG that it does not intend to exercise its pre-emptive
subscription rights for new shares in connection with the capital increase
from Authorized Capital 2010 subject to shareholders' pre-emptive
subscription rights. itelligence AG published details of the capital
increase in an ad hoc disclosure dated April 25, 2012. As previously
announced, NTT DATA EUROPE GmbH & Co. KG, Düsseldorf, which currently holds
77.7% of the share capital, has undertaken a binding obligation to exercise
its pre-emptive subscription rights in connection with the capital increase
in full and to acquire as many of the new shares as possible in the context
of oversubscription.
