Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by J P Morgan Chase & Co that with effect from 8 May 2012;
J P Morgan Asset Management UK Limited now hold 5,821,270 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 9.05% of the issued ordinary share capital.
