On May 9, 2012, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on April 30, 2012 its
percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.74% (this corresponds to
33,678,841 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
