Estonia, 2012-05-14 11:23 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In compliance with the Securities Market Act § 184¹0 section 6, AS Harju Elekter has amended Management Board’s Confirmation attached to the annual report, confirming that the management report gives a true and fair view of the key events occurred in the reporting period and their impact on the financial statements contains a description of key risks and provides an overview of important transactions with the related parties (see annual report page 84). There are no other amendments made to the annual report compared to the previously published version.
