Earlier today, the UK Office of Fair Trading announced that it does not consider Ambu’s acquisition of Unomedical’s electrode business a distortion of the competition on the market for electrodes.
Ambu and Unomedical Ltd. thus enters the completion phase which is expected to last until June 1st 2012.
