LAS VEGAS, May 14, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Small Business Company, (Pink Sheets:SBCO), DBA Select Business and Corporation Opportunities, Inc., and its portfolio company Renaissance, has entered into a collaboration and production agreement to produce the MDC, a basketball based competition television show created by NBA Hall of Fame player Earl Monroe.
The show," 1-2-3 Hoops" will combine the competitive spirit among the teams competing, along with the personal stories of the team members. Each team will have four members, three men and one woman. The Challange will travel to sixteen cities to choose the teams that will ultimately lead the way to Las Vegas, Nevada for the finals. The teams competing will have registered at the participating sponsor retailer in each city, with a portion of the registration fees going to The Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Select Business and Corporation Opportunities Inc., is a Business Development Incubator, that intends to file form N-2 at the end of June, enabling the company to act as a BDC, a Business Development Company.
