ExxonMobil and Healthyroads Fuel Up With Top Marketing Awards for Superior Employee Wellness Promotions


SAN DIEGO, May 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ExxonMobil, the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, and Healthyroads, Inc., the total population health management subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH), were recently honored for outstanding health and wellness promotional campaigns targeted to ExxonMobil employees. The award-winning materials were jointly developed to help drive enrollment in ExxonMobil's "Culture of Health" wellness program, administered by Healthyroads.

  •  Distinction Communicator Award (IAVA)

Under ExxonMobil's direction, the marketing materials were created by Healthyroads' Engage! Creative Group to address a very diverse workforce in a wide range of environments—everything from office staff to workers in refineries and chemical plants—many of whom do not have daily access to a computer at work. From desk drop cards and postcard to posters and fliers, ExxonMobil and Engage! created a variety of materials that would stand out and engage employees. The materials resulted in significant and higher than average participation rates in programs offered by ExxonMobil.
