Major refinery & liquid distribution firm agrees 470,000 USD invoice processing project with ReadSoft

ReadSoft North America has reached an agreement with a significant international
company that provides pipeline and storage facilities to the oil and refined
products sector, as well as owning fuel and asphalt refineries. ReadSoft will
provide an invoice-processing solution in a deal worth 470,000 USD. The deal was
signed in the second quarter of 2012.
With operations in six countries, the publicly-listed company realized the need
to increase savings and efficiency by adopting an invoice automation solution to
streamline its accounts payable process inside its SAP ERP system. After a
thorough market evaluation, the organization recognized ReadSoft’s SAP®
-Certified invoice automation solution matched key solution criteria over
competitive solutions. The company is now equipped for enterprise-wide
improvements with ReadSoft’s automated invoice capture technology and flexible
desktop and mobile approval workflows – all tightly integrated with SAP.
