Tone Software's ReliaTel Solution Now Rated "Avaya Compliant"

The ReliaTel solution is a complete service assurance platform that helps managed service providers and enterprises proactively manage VoIP QoS, SIP Trunks and UC network performance to meet their service level agreements, increase operations efficiency, lower costs and drive higher communications ROI. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager using the CDR interface.

ReliaTel correlates CDRs with call quality metrics to present detailed QoS diagnostics and analytics for each completed call. When quality degrades, ReliaTel users have access to CDR metrics not available in standard Real-time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP) based QoS metrics, such as number dialed, caller ID, Trunk Access Code (TAC), trunk group and circuit number. The ReliaTel solution using Avaya CDR information provides per-call details, trunk group level performance, hourly, daily, call duration and call type trends. This information enables customers to resolve VoIP quality issues easily and perform network optimization to ease congestion and reduce quality degradation during peak hours.
