Marine Harvest ASA conducted its 2012 Annual General Meeting in Bergen, Norway 4 June 2012. The General Meeting passed all items as proposed. Please see the attachment for an office translation of the minutes from the meeting.
Furthermore, Marine Harvest has carried out its bi-annual election of employee representatives to the board of directors of Marine Harvest ASA. Turid Lande Solheim and Geir Elling Nygård were re-elected, and Stein Mathiesen was elected as new representative to the board.
