The Council will work with Missouri employers, such as AlliedBarton, to help Missouri Reservists and National Guardsmen, their families and caregivers, find employment opportunities.

The Employer Advisory Council's goal is to provide National Guard and Reserve members and their spouses with training, preparation and access to the civilian job market. The hope is that the advisory council's experience will be modeled nationwide to assist other military families.
