TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

 

Chrysalis VCT plc announces that, on the 4 July 2012, the Company purchased 57,964 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation representing approximately 0.19% of the issued share capital at a price of 52.5p per share.
