Gfi Informatique strengthens its position in software publishing for the public sector

Saint-Ouen (France), 5 July 2012 - Gfi Informatique announces the acquisition of Géosphère and Adix, respectively publishers of GIS and Finance solutions for local authorities and public entities within the JVS group.

UNIQUE EXPERTISE AND PROMISING CLIENT BASES TO PROMOTE COMMERCIAL SYNERGIES

As a result of these acquisitions, which imply 100% of the capital and voting rights in both companies,
Gfi Informatique will strengthen its public-sector software position in France, in particular among local authorities and public entities, while stepping up the development of a substantial software offering centred on GIS (Geographic Information Systems) solutions.

·       Géosphère
Géosphère is a software publisher specialised in GIS solutions for managing urban planning, land registers and cemeteries. The company already supplies almost 3,000 local authorities in France. Géosphère's solutions cover needs such as land management & land rights, water facilities management, community & on-site sanitation and cemetery mapping management.

With state-of-the-art products and a thickly meshed French network, the company has enjoyed sustained growth in recent years.

This acquisition will serve to create a "GIS" skill centre within Gfi Informatique to support Géosphère with large-scale projects, and to deploy a service offering based on skills sought by the group's clients.

·       Adix
Adix is a software publisher specialised in financial management solutions for public entities. To date, the company supplies more than 170 such entities.

SALES IN FRANCE OF MORE THAN €80M FOR GFI SOFTWARE BRANCH

The two companies posted combined sales of €5.4 million in 2011, with a two-digit operating margin in line with the profitability profile of GFI's Software division.

They will be integrated into the group's Software division, taking its sales in France beyond the €80 million mark.

Next key date: 30 July 2012, publication of the Group's sales and half-year earnings.
