According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to purchase it's own shares. There are 12 500 own shares bought by TTS at 5th July 2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.7894.
TTS Group ASA holds a total of 201 700 own shares.
