Intermediate Capital Group plc ("ICG") - Directorate Changes
The Board of ICG are pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Wahl as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 July 2012.
Justin Dowley, Chairman at ICG, said: "We are delighted to announce that Kim Wahl will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Kim has extensive European private equity experience having co-founded IK Investment Partners in 1989, to which he is still a senior advisor. His knowledge and experience will be a valuable addition to the Board."
