According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to purchase it's own shares. There are 12 800 own shares bought by TTS at 9th July 2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.1199.
In the period 19.6.2012 - 9.7.2012 TTS has bought 179 290 own shares. TTS Group ASA holds a total of 214 500 own shares.
