According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to purchase it's own shares. There are 13 800 own shares bought by TTS at 10th July 2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.336.
In the period 19.6.2012 - 10.7.2012 TTS has bought 193 090 own shares. TTS Group ASA holds a total of 228 300 own shares.
