Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 10.01.2011 regarding the subsequent offering of shares in TTS Group ASA. One bondholder has converted NOK 2000 000,- to 215 426 shares based on the rate 9.2839 per share.
The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 42 521 910,- divided into 85 043 820 shares, has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
