According to the ordinary general meeting 31.05.12, TTS has determined to purchase it's own shares. There are 14 700 own shares bought by TTS at 13th July 2012. The average purchase price for each share was NOK 17.2816.
In the period 19.6.2012 - 13.7.2012 TTS has bought 235 390 own shares.TTS Group ASA holds a total of 270 600 own shares.
