Frankfurt, 16 July 2012. Effective today, Dr. Qian Yingyi resigns as
Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of Vtion Wireless Technology
AG. He resigns due to taking up a new position on the Monetary Policy
Committee of the People's Bank of China, which precludes him from serving
on the board of any commercial enterprises.

Mr. Norbert Quinkert, formerly the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
was elected to fill the role of Chairman, while Mr. Yang Hua was elected
for the role of Vice Chairman.

Vtion's Supervisory Board has established a Search and Nomination committee
