The currently underutilized power plant consists of three 10 Megawatt turbine generators and a recently installed heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine. Premier was selected to provide all the necessary engineering and programming to make the partially dormant facility fully operational, including:
- Implement supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system
- Verify and update existing programming
- Develop operating and maintenance manuals
- Functional testing of all instrumentation of the system
- Complete facility operator training curriculum
- Overall power plant optimization
