Premier Alliance Announces $460,000 Contract With a Global Industrial Manufacturer

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Jul 30, 2012) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a strategic advisory and consulting firm focused on providing 360° Intelligence Delivery services and solutions through our Knowledge Based Expertise ("KBE"), today announced that the Company's Energy and Sustainability Division has been awarded a $460,000 contract to design, install, and test the equipment necessary to utilize a new 12kV electrical service at the Southern California facility of a leading global provider of industrial equipment. The contract will begin generating revenue immediately and is to be completed during the first quarter of 2013.

The current electrical service, provided by Southern California Edison (SCE), is no longer sufficient to accommodate critical product testing needs. In order to be conscious of the environmental and financial costs of employing large temporary diesel generators, an additional 12kV service was requested from SCE. In conjunction with SCE's installation, Premier Alliance engineers will provide the following:

• Electrical design of the new switchgear, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and transformers
• Coordinate with SCE to complete and submit all permitting and seismic calculations
• Procurement, installation, and complete testing of new equipment
