As the director of operations, Tim will be responsible for all aspects of reQuire's release tracking and title curative department activities including managing department team members and workload; implementing systems and processes to ensure obtainment of department goals; overseeing customer and partner relationship management initiatives; and monitoring expenses and performance of the department using both quality and quantity performance indicators.

A veteran of the United States Navy, Tim's background also includes various roles in the Information Technology space. In addition to work supporting the United States Coast Guard financial application, he has also held positions as an instructor for leading technology companies such as Microsoft and Cisco. Following September 11, 2001, Tim joined the Department of Homeland Security for nine years before becoming a business consultant.
