Premier Alliance Continues to Build Auto Demand Response Market Share in Southern California

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Aug 2, 2012) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a strategic advisory and consulting firm focused on providing 360° Intelligence Delivery services and solutions through our Knowledge Based Expertise ("KBE"), today announced that its Energy and Sustainability Division has been engaged to implement Southern California Edison's (SCE) Automated Demand Response (Auto-DR) program for Triumph Actuation Systems- Valencia ("Triumph"), a subsidiary of Triumph Group, Inc. The Company has also successfully completed the first Technical Assessment (TA) energy audit for golf manufacturer and San Diego Gas & Electric customer Aldila.

Premier Alliance has identified over $40,000 of incentives from SCE that Triumph, a manufacturer and designer of aircraft components and systems, is eligible to apply towards enabling Auto-DR. Once installed and operational, SCE will be able to call upon Triumph to voluntarily reduce power consumption by up to 130 kW of electricity during peak usage periods. The scope of the project includes a complete integrated energy audit and installation of a turnkey control system that interfaces with various industrial loads, as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

Premier Alliance's Energy and Sustainability division is a qualified service provider of Auto-DR programs throughout California, providing site assessment, feasibility studies, project development, engineering, and installation of enabling technologies, including complete processing of all utility documents. Auto-DR is a communication and technology platform designed to provide end-to-end automated load reduction in response to a utility's Demand Response (DR) event or a price signal. Auto-DR enables eligible customers to participate in DR programs without the need to turn off or adjust equipment manually every time there is an event.
