EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING IN PRECISE BIOMETRICS AB (publ)

An Extraordinary General Meeting in Precise Biometrics will be held on Tuesday
11 September 2012 at 4 p.m., at the company’s premises, Scheelevägen 30 in Lund,
Sweden.

An agenda containing the matters that are proposed to be brought before the
Meeting is included in the official notice to attend the Meeting, which is
appended this press release and which will be published on 13 August 2012 in
Post- och Inrikes Tidningar and on Precise Biometrics web page. An advertisement
that such official notice has been made will be published in Svenska Dagbladet
on 13 August 2012.


As set forth in the notice, the agenda of the Meeting include the following
matters:

Approval of the Board of Director’s resolution on a new share issue with
preferential right for the company’s shareholders.

Approval of the Board of Director’s proposal for an incentive program to
management and other employees by the issue of warrants
