Nordic Aluminium Plc (Nordic Aluminium) has gained knowledge of the disclosure notification of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company (“Varma”) pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. In accordance with the disclosure notification, the ownership of Varma in Nordic Aluminium will decrease from six per cent to zero per cent.
Hereby, the ownership of Varma in Nordic Aluminium is on 10th of August 2012 290 000 shares, which is 6 per cent of all shares and attached voting rights in Nordic Aluminium (over 5 %).
Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we hereby notify the following information:
