Ruric engages Alfa-Bank as an external consultant to support restructuring

After several attempts to reach the amicable agreement with bondholders
regarding the existing deadlock in the company's financing and restrictions
imposed by the bondholders agreement, Ruric decided to involve an external
consultant to assist in that matter.

Ruric engaged Alfa-Bank into the work related to restructuring on the Ruric
bond.

Alfa-Bank being a reputable investment institution has a significant experience
related to problematic debt instruments and the Russian property sector.
