Alpha Associates reports 20.02% stake
Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) informs that the shareholder group Alpha Associates, which comprises the management and former members of the management of Alpha Associates AG, has disclosed a holding of 20.02% of the PEH's shares.
The chairman of PEH, Dr. Hans Baumgartner, welcomes the strong commitment by the management: "This is a further step aligning the interests of the shareholders with those of the management. In addition, the investment by the management underlines the quality and future potential of the underlying portfolio."
