The new hires, Robert Carbone and Jennifer Gernatt, will ensure that the company can expand while continuing to providing clients with exceptional services across a broad range of areas.
Robert Carbone will join IVG as General Counsel and VP of Business Strategy. Prior to joining IVG, Mr. Carbone practiced business and commercial law at one of the largest law firms in Buffalo, NY, handling a diverse spectrum of issues including corporate governance and shareholder disputes, securities, intellectual property, commercial sales and lending, licensing, franchising, and insolvency issues. Jennifer Gernatt joined The InVentures Group as Staff Accountant.
