agency's footprint globally, and nearly doubling in size to over
200 employees, with revenue in excess of $45 million.
Synaptic Digital helps brands and PR agencies communicate their

distributing content through television, radio and digital channels
effectively and efficiently. The acquisition aligns with Definition
6's unified marketing strategy, providing a content distribution
platform for the video assets the agency creates for brands, while

augmented digital and social media prowess, and technology
