Wereldhave sells two non-core assets in the UK and France


The Hague, The Netherlands, 2012-10-01 08:10 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At the end of September 2012, Wereldhave sold the Foley Street office building in London, United Kingdom, and the Pole Marine shopping centre in Dunkirk, France. The total proceeds of these two transactions amount to approximately € 43 mln, slightly above book value and represent an average net exit yield just above 6.0%. The disposals are part of the ongoing sales program of non-core assets in Europe.

The Foley Street office building was acquired by Wereldhave in 1988 and renovated in 1993. Pole Marine, a retail- and leisure center with approximately 17,800 m² (net lettable area) containing a cinema, restaurants and shops, was developed by Wereldhave in 1999.
