The financial year of SmartGuy Group A/S runs from 1 July to 30 June.
For the financial year 2012/13 (from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013), management expects revenue for the SmartGuy Group in the region of DKK 450 million and EBITDA in the region of DKK 15-30 million.

Management has high expectations for the economies of scale expected to be achieved from having a presence in a number of international markets; both in terms of sourcing, as bulk sourcing will usually trigger better sourcing prices, and in terms of marketing and distribution, as SmartGuy's existing concepts and business relationships can be scaled across borders.
