Cayman Cookout: The Ultimate Dinner Party – Jan. 19, 2013
Camana Bay hosts a memorable dinner party as part of the acclaimed Cayman Cookout food and wine festival. The evening begins with a waterfront book signing on Camana Bay's Harbor with visiting chefs Anthony Bourdain, José Andrés, Daniel Humm and Sherry Yard, who will join Camana Bay's own James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz and his Executive Pastry Chef Hedy Goldsmith. The night continues as David Kinch of the Michelin-starred Manresa will appear alongside Michael Schwartz at Michael's Genuine Food & Drink; Spike Mendelsohn of Top Chef fame and Sherry Yard of Spago join Cindy Hutson at Ortanique; and Gordon Ramsey protégée Dale MacKay teams with Ron Jacobson at Abacus.
Taste of Cayman Food & Wine Festival – Jan. 26, 2013
For its 25th anniversary, this beloved grassroots celebration of local culinary culture finds a new home at Camana Bay's waterfront Festival Green.
