A Redemption Board of the Central Chamber of Commerce in Finland has, upon Oy Lival Ab’s request, appointed Arbitral Tribunal consisting of one arbitrator in a matter relating to squeeze-out of minority shares in Nordic Aluminium Plc. The sole arbitrator shall be Professor Juhani Kyläkallio. The duties of the Arbitral Tribunal consist of e.g. determination of the redemption right and the redemption price of the shares under the squeeze-out proceedings.
