Today the case was stopped at the Arbitration court of St. Peterburg and Lenigrad Oblast. Grifon House is located at 19-21 Dostoevskogo St. and 19 Razyezzhaya St. in Saint Petersburg with a total area of approximately 6,300 square meters. CJSC Grifon was sold by Ruric AB in 2009 to a subsidiary of Storm Real Estate ASA, a Norwegian real estate investment company.
