About the disclosure of information about significant events

By refference to letter from Finansial an Capital Market Comission, outgoing number 05.05.01. 149/4351, dated with 2th of November 2012 „About the disclosure of information about significant events”, The Management Board of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE” informs, that court proceedings related with VAS „Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” and AS „Swedbank” actions in connection with real estates of JSC „LATVIJAS ZOOVETAPGĀDE”. Kriminal proceedings are proposed and they are not terminated. By this reason information required is not publicly disclosed.
