- Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK 742.0 million compared to DKK 721.4 million last year.
- Tivoli’s revenue: DKK 498.5 million compared to DKK 477.3 million last year.
- EBIT: DKK 16.9 million compared to DKK 6.9 million last year.

“The 2012 summer season was characterised by much rain. Nevertheless, the number of visitors was at the same level as during the 2011 summer season. The revenue per visitor has increased compared with 2011, and activities in the Concert Hall and the Glass Hall Theatre have had a positive effect on profit before tax. The total improvement in the pre-tax profit amounts to DKK 11.4 million compared with last year.
After the summer season we had Halloween in Tivoli with 418,000 visitors in 19 days, a record for Halloween in Tivoli”, says Claus Dyhr, CFO. He continues: "Despite an improvement in profit before tax at 30 September compared with last year and a very well-attended Halloween in Tivoli as well as our expectations of our new Nordic Christmas theme during Christmas at Tivoli, we maintain our expectations for a profit before tax of around DKK 30 million."
Outlook for 2012
The expectations of a profit before tax at DKK 30 million are maintained at the announced level.
Yours sincerely
