JULIEN CAYET APPOINTED DIRECTOR STRATEGY AT ARCADIS


November 27, 2012 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), a leading international consultancy, design, engineering and management services company, announced today that it has recently appointed Julien Cayet to the position of Director Strategy. In this new position he is responsible for company-wide strategy development. He reports directly to ARCADIS' CEO Neil McArthur.

Julien Cayet started his career in 1996 as an entrepreneur by building a pharmaceutical research business (Medi Scan). In 2000 he became consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton (now Booz & Company). In this role he led assignments for Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power Utility companies across Europe, Africa, Middle East and North America for 11 years. He joined ARCADIS in the position of Manager Strategy in January 2012. Julien Cayet acquired a broad business experience covering strategy, organization, performance improvement, commercial due diligence and post-merger integration. He has proven change leadership skills in diverse corporate and cultural environments based on strong relationship skills and analytics. He holds a master's degree in business administration from ESCP Europe.
