Archonix Will Market Continental's Payment Technology to Over 100 Facilities


IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 28, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Continental Prison Systems, Inc. (OTC:CPSZ) a technology company which provides unique payment solutions to government agencies, has entered into a marketing agreement with Archonix, a leading provider of Jail Management Software (JMS) with an installation base of more than one hundred (100) facilities across sixteen (16) states. Under the terms of this agreement, Archonix will market Continental Prison Systems, Inc.'s payment processing technologies to their existing customer base and promote the technology on a continuing basis as the company expands its significant presence in the industry.
