The Board has appointed Marc Jeilman as CFO and Esben Elmøe as CTO of the company. Marc Jeilman and Esben Elmøe have been actively assisting the company as consultants prior to joining as part of the executive management.
Esben Elmøe (1974) has a Masters Degree in Finance and Computer Science with 18 years of experience from IT management positions. Marc Jeilman (1971) holds a Masters Degree in Economics and Finance with 17 years of experience from corporate finance management positions.
The Board has decided to expand the management team to support the growth strategy looking forward.
In connection with the appointment of Esben Elmøe, the company has acquired 25% of the subsidiary SmartGuy Rusland ApS which was previously owned by 3E Invest ApS (which is controlled by Esben Elmøe). Following the transaction SmartGuy now owns 100% of the subsidiary SmartGuy Rusland ApS.
