Funds4Books was created by Mackin Educational Resources in 2010 as an alternative to traditional school fundraisers which typically provide as little as five percent of proceeds for the schools. Unlike other programs, Funds4Books allows participating schools and libraries to retain 100 percent of the donations for the purchase of new books, eBooks, DVDs, and other curriculum and literacy materials.
